And the new WeWork office on Main Street will be on the fourth and fifth floors with rooms for more than 400 desks.
Both of the new downtown shared office centers will open next spring or summer.
WeWork already has a location in the Clearfork mixed-use development in southwest Fort Worth.

In the Dallas area, WeWork has locations in Uptown, downtown Dallas and Plano.
WeWork currently serves more than 268,000 coworking space clients in in 287 locations worldwide.
Shared office providers now account for more than 3 million square feet of office leases in North Texas.
